Audi Folks, I was going to stay away from this subject * but*  What we
have to understand is that the first defense you have is to avoid the
situation, if someone wants to cut in front of you - let them- how much
time is it taking off your schedule, minutes, seconds? Is it worth it to
whack someone over the head with what ever you have in your possession to
prove an asinine point and spend $$ and countless hours in court.  Think
about it !  btdt.
