RPM Sensor location

the sensor is on top of the flywheel between the engine and final drive. 
The wire for this passes through a plate welded to the firewall [along w/ 2 
other connectors for knock and timing sensors]. Check the connection at 
this bulkhead, check the flywheel teeth from under the car. Also you should 
check for shorts in the ckt. good luck.
