Very nice write out on the dump valve, I was really impressed!


May I make a small suggestion?
The wall of the cooler that your fitting is threaded to is plastic and not
very strong, here is another approach:
*	Remove the IC elbow from the housing (bend the little alum tabs back, very
carefully)
*	Install a metallic reinforcment brackets 1.5x1.5 app. On the outside of
the elbow, use glue and bolts (with backing nuts) to attach it to the elbow
*	Install your fitting to the plate per Peter instructions
*	Install the elbow back to the cooler alum part. Bend back the alum. tabs
*	Paint the cooler black, use rad. Black
*	Follow the good suggestions of Peter,
