Full THrottle, Full boost hesitation

IME on other turbo cars, full throttle, high boost hesitation is usually
spark related.

The high pressure mixture in the combustion chamber under max boost tends
to blow out a weak spark rather than ignighting properly.  So, I'd say
check your plugs, wires, cap, and rotor.
