GM part for aux pump? / Rebuit accumulator?

what's a new/refurbished part? MAP seems to have good parts and everything, 
but I tried to order a rebuilt window reg. from him, and he never got back 
to me after 2 wks., finally after calling several times, I decided to 
cancel the order...it's pretty hard to live w/o a driver's window 
sometimes. I also had the same story when I tried to order a door 
handle...canceled the order after 3 wks! I'd love to buy rebuilt OE parts 
than Italian copy cat junk, but I just never had luck w/ this guy. Nice guy 
though.
