Aftermarket Seat Heater Panels/Kits

I sent an email to the owner after looking at the site. I am reading this
correctly, it is around 160.00 Canadian for a two seat kit (?).  If this is
the case, then it would be very cost effective assuming of course you can't
ressurect the old ones.
