Tom,
What a memory I have - 12 years ago my mother had these wheels on her 1989
Audi 80 2.0E in Finland. They were a dealer installed item but did look
good with the protruding lip. The offset kind of filled the fenderwell
better...
Similarly, I had a set of 4x100 15x7 R8's with a a nice protruding lip
around 1991 - fine for GTI, but lo and behold, the Corrado caliper was too
big to make them work with my snowtires. Hence they ended up on the wife's
Jetta...
