Hmm, I don't remember having to use any "tricks" when I threw in my
springs.  So that means it can't have been too tough.  Obviously the
impact won't fit due to he lack of clearance.  I suspect I might have
tried my cheesy air ratchet and it worked, because I don't remember
fighting those stupid locknuts with a hex key held in my other hand for
hours on end.  With the back seat out, of course - much easier than
trunk access.
