That's another excellent point I forgot about. On my
cars it mainly affected the breather hoses. It turned
one into black glop. It also attracts dirt like a
magnet. I had "sandbars" on some of the frame panels
that were an inch deep. Oily, sandy sludge
everywhere! It makes me shudder thinking about that
again.
