Wanted: '86-'87 GTi Head, Intake, and Bits

Title says most of it.  I'm looking for a GTi head, intake manifold,
throttle body, and some other small bits.  It has to be from an RD engine,
hydraulic lifters.  I have been quoted around $100 for the goodies, but
still looking for all the pieces together, just easier for to deal with if
it all comes from the same place.  I'd like the parts to come from an engine
that has around 100k miles.  Here's the full list (P/N's may not be
perfect):

027 133 201 Intake Manifold
027 133 063G Throttle Body (with switches intact)
191 721 555 Throttle Cable
027 103 573 Throttle Bracket (on manifold)
027 133 315- Golf Fuel Lines (with injectors)
027 721 396 Cruise Servo Bracket
811 907 327B Cruise Servo
027 907 415 Cruise Connecting Rod

Cruise isn't necessary, but I'd really like to get that sorted when I do the
turbo work as well.  I am in VT by the way, so it's probably at bit more
cost effective to get this from somewhere close by, shipping might get
costly for all those bits.
