I think they're about the same, but the auto ECU doesn't have the pin out 
for the decel. valve I think. The decel valve prevents rich running after 
letting go of the throttle. There might be a way to get around it. Check 
the SJM website for ECU pinouts.  Also search for 5ktq links and material 
in audifans. good luck.
