Fog lights without headlights?

On Euro cars the lights are wired to the parking lights. How does your switch
work, is the fog switch incorporated in the headlight switch like VWs, or is it
separate like in older Audis? If it is separate, it would be all a matter of
wiring modifications. If it is in the main light switch, replace switch with a
Euro switch.
