200tq hard and/or no cold starting

this is probably because changing the mixture just compensated for the
vacuum leak you have somewhere.. mixture is not usually something that
needs to be done on a basis such as that.. unless someone has been
fiddling... sounds like you have a massive air leak somewhere... i would
inspect all breather/turbo hoses. probably remove/replace them all..
sometimes those hose look ok until they get warm.. then they collapse.
so keep this is mind also..

trust me on this... my brother was stumped.. i change 2 hoses.. car runs
great! 90 200... it still runs great now.
