Snow Packed Rims = Wobbly Wheel

Yes. Had that problem today with my winter Ronals. Mostly a problem with
the Ronal and BBS mesh style wheels. The smoother disk style wheels seem
less prone to this problem, and steels (by virtue of being featurless)
seem the least effected of all. Generally means, if it vibrates, clean
the wheels.
