It was the fuel pump check valve for me.
Engine heat percolates the fuel out of the line. Only seems to happen when
hot.
You can more or less test it by cycling the ignition switch 8 or 9 times.
Just bumping it to start will cycle the fuel pump. After about 8 or 9 times,
it will have re-filled the fuel line and will start.
