90 Headlight Washers

Usually the headlight washers are activated using the windshield washer 
stalk; pull the wiper arm and the windshield will be washed... but if the 
headlights are on, they will also get a spray of fluid.  No need to wash 
headlights when they're not on..

<<Without the owners manual, I'm confused as to activate the headlight washers
on my wife's new ride.  There doesn't seem to be a switch inside that I can
see, nor does the switch for the winshield wipers do the trick.  They've got
plenty of fluid, but just don't know how to turn them on.
