Psuedo Xenon/Plasma/otherwise high-tech headlights

I relayed the lights and upgraded to 90/130 9006 bulbs (you have to cut a
new groove in the base of the bulb or better yet file away a tang in the
lens housing).  Made a big difference.  Not up to euro specs but did make a
big difference.
