4KCSQ Fog Light Switch - Did one ever exist???

I have the OEM kit.  The switch is p/n 857 941 535B.  Its the same as the 
defrost switch, except for the logo on the handle.  In Europe, they've also 
got another switch with the logo reversed for the rear fog light.
