So, I'm supposed to get max boost in every gear?!  I only see max 
boost when I'm winding the p.. out of the thing.  I have lots of new 
hoses, but there may be some I missed.  I'd love to hit max boost 
in every gear.  At what rpm does this cool thing happen?
