Rough 1st gear noise from 6-speed S2/S4/S6 gearbox

I wonder if there is something wrong with my -93 Audi S2 gearbox. All the
gears works fine, but the 1st gear keeps quite loud noise (like straight cut
gears), is it S/C gear? It's also sometimes after hard acceleration hard to
get the gear from 1st to 2nd. Car is driven only 60k and has been on good
hands all of these years.
