Pass on this one . . . ?

Local streetfront car dealer (detail shop) has a 92 100S with 81,000
local-owner miles on it. Automatic (4 speed automatic), V-6, 2WD, grey
outside, blue velour interior. Car is quite nice. Needs tires. Dealer had
no idea of the service history, was not aware of the early V-6 head gasket
problems, or of the used-one-year-only grenade style 4 speed automatic
transmission (was it this year?). Chassis number has ZZZ in it, all other
numbers are normal VIN style.

Asking $6,900, "might knock off a few hundred bucks".

I think I'll let this one go - pretty car, but nothing special, and WAY
overpriced IMO.

Also, the headlights are quite hazed, and I don't have a source for
eurolights for this car!

PS - Glad to see the list back! Sometimes you don't know how much you miss
something until it is gone.
