25,4 MC Installed

I finally got the proper seal from the Audi dealership to install my
larger 25,4 MC. Everything went smoothly until I tried to bleed the brakes.
I have speedbleeders and bleeding is usually a cinch, but for some reason I
couldn't get any fluid to move at all. I took the speedbleeder out in the
front and put the regular bleeder in and just pumped to see what would
happen, fluid came out. Obviously with all that air in the line the pedal
stroke couldn't open the one way valve in the bleeder. Anyone experienced
this before?
Right now I don't have the controversial "big" brakes on, stock single
pistons and 14" snows. The pedal feel is much harder, way less travel, but
I quite like it. It's takes more effort to lock up the brakes and slow the
car down, but with much less travel. Once the winter ends then the big
brakes and 16" rims go back on, then this MC will really do it's work. At
least now I don't have that sinking pedal at stoplights, quite disheartening
when driving.

Cheers,
