Low RPM problems

I JUST got my 4KCSQ back from the mechanic after a bout of this.  Check the
timing.  My crank pulley had slipped, but you could get the same effect
from a timing belt that had jumped a tooth or two.  Car would NOT
accelerate below 2K rpm...just revving it in neutral it took FOREVER to get
to 2K rpm.  Ran OK after that until it slipped more and the car died.
