WTB 20v turbo engine

Fello Audi fanatics

I am in search of a 20v turbo engine complete, and in good condition to put 
into a 90 quattro that i am buildinf for racing, the car is slated for the 
new german touring American series.. where it will compete against , BMW 
Porsche MB. and VW marks

I have been allowed to run quattro!!!! and the 20 v turbo motor!!!!!!!

if anyone knwos of one, at a resonavble cost id be very interested and very 
much appreciate any leads,,,

the car is being built in california,,, 

i am also interested in any high miles,(beater) 80 or 90 quattro cars  
running or not,. 
with no prior accidents,,, to build into a spare chasis..
