Looking for '92 S4 parts

Hello audifans!

I am looking for the following parts for a '92 S4.  Any help in obtaining 
them would be greatly appreciated.  Here goes:

-ski bag
-arm rest (without phone) for black leather interior
-glove box handle assembly for black leather interior
-replacement key(s) with the remote keyless entry sensor

Also, I had heard that it is possible to obtain a rubber replacement antenna 
for the standard power antenna.  Is this true?
