93 90 5 spd vibration on accelleration

anyone ever have this and fix it ??? im thinking maybe
100k is too much for the motor mounts ?? it only seems
to do this in 1st and 2nd gear. its not real bad, but
you know its there. i was hoping that it was the
control arm bushings i just replaced, i thought maybe
they were so bad the arm was shifting back and forth
on hard runs, but that didnt do nothing, although the
bushings were shot !!
