Does anyone know how to disable ABS?

No, Haldex is Quattro V.

IV is the system in everything but the A3 and the TT and uses the
ABS system to brake individual wheels when they slip, rather than
a true locking diff.

Isnt quattro IV the Haldex system found in the A3 and TT (and also Golf,
Bora, Octavia etc.)? I guess the Vorsprung has run by me :-(
