Radar picket.  Any flashy/loud/teen-operated vehicle
will allow you to match their speed (no matter how
high) and assure that the ticket will ALWAYS go to
them.  I am more than willing to let them ahead. 
200-300 meters is ideal following distance in
daylight.  Just watch their brakelights.  They usually
come on just AFTER they passed the site.  Stock type
44's seem to be invisible to police.
