Another thought on HID lights

IMHO, euro's are less noticable than DOT's when properly aimed. Since the
direct the light more efficiently (onto the road in front of you, where
there should be no one, not even a cop), there is little glare that will
make you stand out. Euro HID's would also have this claim, tho, as you
said the light would be whiter.
