Offset for 4000Q aftermarket wheels.

I have found a set of 7.5X16" wheels with 205/55 rubber on them.

They fit as they are but I will probalby go for a bit lower profile on the
next set of tires, thay would make it possible to choose whatever offset I
like. Since the 4kq is getting a turbo at the moment I haven't been able to
test drive it. I don't know if it is stable, as far as I know it can be
undrivable.

Has anyone any suggestions to a stable offset for wheels with this
dimension?
