control arm 5k & 200

Are the front control arms from the 200 the same as the ones on the 5k. If
the control arms are the same, is everything else the same?

I am putting together a new front subframe for my 5k (that is if my spare
is straight, it is from car hit hard in the front drivers side. The impact
bent the frame rail but I am not sure if the subframe is bent or not).  I
have new bushings to put in.  I'll need new trans mounts and maybe swaybar
bushings (urethane), too.

If anyone has any advice on this stuff or BTDT's i'd love the input.  I
hope to do some track events this summer with these bushings, too.
