4sQ & coupeGt bumper removal

Just wanted to pick the brains of the listers as to how I would go about 
removing bumpers of both cars. I got into an accident on Saturday with a 94 
Jetta and I crushed my front right fender and twisted the front bumper. I 
also wanted to know how to get the front fender off. I've unbolted the top of 
it but i need to know if needs to be cut at all because of the welds. as 
always any info is greatly appreciated,
