you don't mention the years of the cars ... I'll assume they is 85 on,
if it isn't ask again for more info.

they are both done the same way.

Front:

either remove the reflectors ont he front and undo the two torx bolts on
each side or reach behind the bumper and undo the three nuts which are
on studs holding the bumper shocks to the frame.  then just pull the
bumper forward of its clips.

Rear: there will be three nuts in the trunk, around the rear end of the
frame rails, which attach the bumper shocks.  then pull backwards...

before 85 the rear is unbolted from under the bumper instead of in the
trunk, and the front must be done at the shock to frame joint.

find the rest of the screws - there are three going into the firewall
inside the fender, and sometimes one little hidden one up by the
windsheild.  There are also three or four in the front area, behind the
headlights and under the car.  then fight the sticky black goo and
slowly pull it off.
