The V8q in '90 was the first automatic quattro in the US, with the '92
100CS following and the '96 A4 being the last.

There is no such thing as a 5000 quattro automatic.

IMHO, the 3-spd. automatics fitted to the 5000 is a piece of junk that
should be avoided at all costs unless you like rebuilding transmissions.

I've heard all the buzz about Audi automatics--pertaining to quattros--what
