[200q20v] Fading Brakes when wet What are the Options

If I have to stick with the UFO's is there a better pad option to help with
this?

Exacerbated by missing splash guards ("those things block the airflow")
and the funny stuff they use instead of salt on the roads.  A recall
issue for the A4, I believe.  I don't know what they changed.
