Added splash guards! (but didn't cure the problem in my case).
I'm used to it now and instintively dab the brakes on motorway exits
in the rain *before* they're really needed. Maybe it is common but in
15 years of driving this is the first car I've ever experienced it with.
If Sixty-minutes or the iritating UK equivalent - Watchdog, ever gets wind
of this it could be another PR disaster of Unintended Accel... proportions.
