[200q20v] Fading Brakes when wet What are the Options

Sounds like wet brakes. Should "clean" the rotors every once in awhile by
just touching hte brake gently for a second or so, just to wipe them
clean. Usually only a problem when traversing deep water, so it makes me
wonder, "just how much rain, slush do you have, anyway?"
