Greatest Driving Moments

Me: Driving 90 (in 75 zone) in desert between Las
Vegas and LA.
Kid In Seville STS:  Passes me doing 100.
My Dutch Passenger:  How fast can this car (95' 90
SQ)go?
Me: Smoke STS going 130!
(We are in flat desert country with no hiding spots!)
Me: Slow down to 80 after 2-3 minutes.
Cop in Suburban:  Slowly passes me about a minute
later in L lane.  Gives me funny look.

Where did this guy come from?  He was not along the
side of the road.  How fast was he going to try to
catch me?  Scared the hell out of me!  He must have
been pretty pissed to only catch me doing 80!  What a
rush though.  The car drove like a rock!
