Can 100% back that up.  Driving the S2 long distances
is easy - did Zurich to Amsterdam and decided on a
whim to come back through Reim (for some champagne) -
this was only for a 3day weekend too.  I think I did
around 1500miles all up.  Much of it above 120mph.

Managed to get flashed (by speed cameras) in Germany,
Netherlands and narrowly avoided being chased in
France - there was an accident up ahead so the cops
had to go to that instead. 

Just had to share that :)
