White film on oil cap...

Don't worry yourself too much. Often that "milkshake" like substance can be
caused by driving short distances (make a lot of trips to the grocery
store/around town?). Basically the oil never gets hot enough to evaporate
the water that condenses in the oil sump and when driving this accumulates
as the sludge you see on the cap.
