White film on oil cap...

How many short vs. long trips would this require? The
car usually gets good and hot, though this morining I
shut it off after about 5 minutes to check to oil. It
was in the 20s, and I am sure that the oil was not up
to temps yet. I guess I have to keep an eye on this.
