Interesting idea.  On my 81 Urq where I have the fuel pump hard wired, this 
will occasssionally happen when I leave it sitting many weeks.  I simply 
switch off the FP and it turns right over.  However the 5000 will start 
after about 1 min cranking so it is not voltage.  Thanks to Huw for his web 
site treatise on injector pulling.  I must say though the pulling tool was 
of almost no value in my case, no room to lever a screwdriver into it.
