Looking for 91 200 engine.

As well as in the canadian market in quattro form.  For unknown 
reasons, the 20vt was not available, but the 10v and quattro was. 
Maybe emissions or safety?(with a pretty different engine, maybe the 
canadian gov't required new crash tests, but Audi wouldn't do the 
tests because not enough market?)
