leather seat repair

Hi all.

I am considering to buy 200 Avant '89. By the way, the owner said that it supposedly has the only pair of Bilsteins Sport shocks installed in US. Can it be true? Nice car, a lot of upgrades, all bushing ... (long list).  It needs new headliner and gloves box only.  189K mi on it.

But my question is about leather seat: driver seat's is unstitched in one place. Is it possible to stitch it back without taking apart ? Anybody had such experience?
