Still 5KTQ No Start

I am offering up a big mea culpa to the list.
It would appear that my previous claim that my fuel pressure was
tested adequately and passed was in error.  With the help of
a more thorough lister, thanks Stott, My running pressure was fine, my 
pressure regulator also fine, but my residual/shut down pressure fell like a 
stone.  I can report further when I swap out the fuel pump check valve.  Of 
course with my disdain for paying a professional to do repairs that I can do 
myself, coupled with the current 6 degree temps outside tell me it might be 
a while!
