blower fan cutting out on lft-hand turns (type 44)

My 200q20v blower began exhibiting this behavior ~Christmas.  Then it quit 
blowing altogether.  Now I can get it to run for a couple days if I squirt 
some lubricant into the motor through the hole for the cooling vent.  I'm 
getting ready to order a new motor.
