Anyone been to Bonneville in an Audi?

Saw that one, kind of a let down when you think of the performance potential
of these machines.

Wonder if Ned R. or Scott J. M. have considered doing such a run?

I'm having this itch that needs to be scratched and this is certainly
getting close to satisfying it.

A lot of the work done on the Taladega (sp?) Audi resulted from the oval
track and lateral g loading that wouldn't come into play at Bonneville. It
might be fun - anybody want to sponsor?

TIC (but not totally)
