As it's easiest (and always try the easy things first), try the FP
relay. Maybe run the output diagnostics (when the problem actually occurs)

If that doesn't help (which for this problem it didn't for me), you might
want to check the fuel pressure. The check valve (on the fuel pump) in my
car was ok, but loose. Tightened it up, and my warm start problem was solved.
If you can't do it (check fuel pressures), maybe the dealer can. I will
occasionally take the car to the dealer for "diagnostics" as they have more
tools than I do. It's been a few years, but they used to charge $60/hr,
and it's helped me diagnose things like knock sensors that I can't really test.
