That sucks, I got my lights from pgperformance.com in
Canada, and the way they were talking, they could get
anything from Europe.  For the love of god put
Stonegaurd on those lights!  Although that sounds like
a big rock that hit your car. 

PS. I'll bet if you put a turbo engine in your car,
you'll find that coolant leak along the way. :-)
