Update - ETKAS - You want it? I got it

I have the US ETKA, but it doesn't need any dongles. You just run setup, 
then do any mods that you need to depending on which Windows you use. Go 
to: http://album.dhs.org:8080/

for a copy of the ETKA and read the instructions page included. It tells 
you what to do for NT, win95, etc. good luck.
